Anterior Implant-Supported Restorations

Replacement of a Failing Implant

The goal of any dental restoration or reconstruction is to match the appearance of the adjacent natural teeth. Because reconstructions are affected by the degree of tissue loss, the use of single-unit implant-supported restorations have a high degree of the aesthetic success since the adjacent natural teeth can provide the structure required to restore natural gingival and papillary architecture. In these patients, the adjacent natural teeth show intact bone and soft tissue attachment.
