Protecting Yourself from Employee Theft: Part II

Methods of Employee Theft

Learning Objectives:
This is Part II of our three-part podcast series about employee theft, embezzlement, and fraud. After hearing this podcast, the listener should:
  • Be able to recognize some warning signs and methods of employee theft
  • Be able to adjust their daily office routines and practices to remove the possibility of theft
This is Part II of our three-part podcast series about identifying and ultimately stopping employee theft from a dental practice. We encourage you to listen to Part I - Introduction to Employee Theft before listening to this podcast. However, patient complaints that come to the attention of another staff person or the doctor must be carefully and fully investigated.
