Benito Delgado-Olson is the Executive Director and
Co-founder of “K to College”, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to
expanding oral healthcare to the underserved, underprivileged, and homeless
populations in the state of California.
Recently, K to College, with assistance from California public school districts
and the California Dental Association, held and event in San Francisco wherein
they provided more than 12,000 homeless children with free oral hygiene kits
consisting of toothbrushes, toothpaste, brush timers, floss, and more. In this
podcast, we talked with Benito about this event, as well as his organization’s
overall focus of bringing dental care to the entire homeless and
underprivileged population of California.
